By now I’m sure you’ve heard that Senator Dianne Feinstein is fighting tooth and nail to make public the results of the Senate Intelligence Committee’s investigation into post-9/11 torture and so-called “enhanced interrogation” techniques. Senator Feinstein is to be commended for this effort as uncovering the full extent of torture committed in our name – and how we keep it from ever happening again – goes to the heart of who we are as Americans.
